At SL Candles Dublin, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in good condition and in a timely manner. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within Dublin, and a flat rate of €7 for orders below €50. Our candles are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund on the returned item, as long as it is in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a return shipping label and process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
